Google Hangout call

For Manaiakalani today used a website called Wevideo and screencastify to create a google hangout looking video. I really enjoyed making this it was challenging and fun at the same time! Next time I want to make it a bit longer and make each person say more. Overall, I am pretty proud of the finished product.

  1. Kia ora Quinn. Really enjoyed your creative and entertaining video. I could tell that you have mastered the layering concept and all your 'characters' considered their background really well! What awesome 'Cybersmart' learners you feature in the clip ;) Do you think that the 'distance learning' experience has changed how learners think about their digital footprint and how you present yourself online? Ka rawe effort and mahi! MrEEEE

    1. Kia Ora Mr Fourie. Thank you so much for your comment. I think that distance learning has made us much more aware of how us kids present ourselves online and our digital footprint since we are doing so many more things online now, it think that we are thinking before we post things and before we go into our google meets. Thanks, once again

I loved your presentation! It was such an easy watch. Using humour is always a winner in my book. Mr Huhu has mentioned the WeVideo tool to me and asked me to fund licences for more learners. Can you share with me any thoughts on making this investment? Do you think this tool can help learners in our school and in what way? I'd be interested in your next presentation if you have already reflected on possible tweaks. Impressive stuff. Well done Quinn.
