In room 12 we are doing poetry.

First we had to write 4 poems about something that's close to us, it could be a colour, a person or a thing. I wrote 5 poems and choose my best one here is mine:

I love my poem and I really enjoyed the colouring and designing how it looked.

But, I didn't like how there was to colour it took for ever!!!!!

In reading we did characterization and the book we focused it on was 'Wonder' here's mine:

I enjoyed doing this because I learnt how to take clues 

out of texts and make them into sentences.

I would like to do this again.

In priorities we go on a website called code.org and I coded the game 'flappy bird'

I really enjoyed coding and can't wait to do it again.

  

In Term 3 the enviro schools team did MASTERCHEF!

I did masterchef with my best friend Meg:

This is how it worked:

We got !1 hour the cook a meal using at least 1 vegetable from our school vegetable garden.

Meg and I worked really hard to cook our meal as fast as we could and made sure that it was tasted good,

 but, it wasn't good it was GREAT!!!

Meg and I cooked Nachos and we came 2nd place and got a box of chocolates each!

I really enjoyed cooking!

In maths priorities we have something called SM3 booklet where we learn some basic facts.

Here is my work:

I really enjoyed the maths that was in it it was fun learning about the different problems addition & subtraction. Over all I really enjoyed this maths.

For our literacy focus we were learning about human body. We all had to make a body,

I really enjoyed learning about the human body. 

But, I didn´t enjoy all the colouring, there was so much! But, it was REALLY fun!!!

In maths we are learning our division here is a division test that we all did:

I enjoyed getting faster times and getting most of them right but,

 I didn't like it when I didn't get some right but, mistakes help me learn. Next time I would like to get a faster time, get more right & learn more division.
