In maths priorities we have something called SM3 booklet where we learn some basic facts.

I really enjoyed the maths that was in it it was fun learning about the different problems addition & subtraction. Over all I really enjoyed this maths.

For our literacy focus we were learning about human body. We all had to make a body,

I really enjoyed learning about the human body. 

But, I didn´t enjoy all the colouring, there was so much! But, it was REALLY fun!!!

In maths we are learning our division here is a division test that we all did:

I enjoyed getting faster times and getting most of them right but,

 I didn't like it when I didn't get some right but, mistakes help me learn. Next time I would like to get a faster time, get more right & learn more division.

For our term 1 our inquiry focus is about our names. We did a self portrait of ourselves.

Next time I would like to add more detail to my background.

Here are my goals for 2018:

I have already completed 3 of my goals and I am striving to reach them all.
Next time I would like to think of some more goals.

In the year 5 neighborhood we are learning about our names.

I love the end result, but I didn't enjoy all of the colouring that I had to do.
 Next time I would like to make it a little more detailed.

My Inquiry question is 'Why is Gisborne the first to see the sun?'
